Request account deletion
Two ways to delete your syuchi account and records.
Delete it in the app
- Sign in to the app and open My page.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Check what will be deleted and type your name; it's deleted right away.
If you can't get into the app
From the email address you signed up with, send "Account deletion request" to the address below. We'll confirm it's you and then delete it.

What gets deleted
Deleting your account removes all of this.
- Your profile and sign-in
- Posts you shared in your community
- Comments you wrote
- Prayer requests you posted
- Your reflections and binder
This cannot be undone.
Records your church entered on your behalf in its member registry, attendance or giving are managed by that church. Please let the church know as well if you want them removed.
