From camp intake to long after the camp
Build your own application form and take entries through a single link. Entries become the roster as they arrive, and the groups you form work inside the app. When the camp ends, participants keep going in the same app with devotions and prayer.
Right now it is scattered
- Entries come in on paper or a survey tool, then the roster is typed up again.
- Guardian consent for participants under 14 is collected and kept separately.
- When the camp ends, the connection with participants ends there.
The host builds the form
Add questions, reorder them, split them across pages. Duplicate a similar question and edit it.
- Question types
- Short text · Long text · Number · Date · Phone · Email · Single choice · Multiple choice · Yes / No · Subheading · Divider
- The next page depends on the answer
- Show the group-leader questions only to people who picked group leader under “Type of participant”. You do not have to ask everyone everything.
- Sensitive answers are marked
- Ask only for what you need, such as allergies or current medication, and mark those questions as sensitive.
Intake takes three steps
Build the form
Add questions and split them across pages.
Send the link
One address is enough. People can apply without creating an account.
Get the roster
Entries are the roster. You form the groups from there.
Fees go straight to the host's bank account
syuchi only helps with intake and does not process payments. Refunds and the participation agreement are between the host and the participant.
After the camp
Participants write devotions, share prayer requests and use the small-group board in the same app. The groups you formed for the camp can be kept or cleared away.
For parents
Teenagers use this app, so these came first.
Under 14 requires guardian consent
Until consent is confirmed they cannot post. They can still read.
Real names are not used in public places
People appear under a handle they choose. The app says right there not to use a real name, school name or church name.
Anything can be reported
Posts, comments, prayer requests and users can be reported with a reason. Small-group leaders can take a post down.

It runs in the browser. Nothing to install.
